The fact that New Life is a global network gave us a capacity not to be affected by the changes in Thailand. The Force- Majeure situation was overcame by New Life easily as we were able to offer the parents transporting the frozen materials from Thailand to Mexico or the other different branches to make sure the cases were not failed. We did not use the force – Majeure situation for our benefit. We felt the pain and disappointment of the Intended Parents and we offered them different alternatives. If the parents were not sure about whether progressing or not with us, we happily offered them the refunds.
